Swimwear Designer Lisa Marie Fernandez Files Lawsuit Against Emily Ratajkowski

Indie swimsuit designer Lisa Marie Fernandez is not happy with Emily Ratajkowski.

Fernandez has called out the supermodel/actress who recently laucnhed her own swimwear line Inamorata, for infringement.

The designer released an official announcement claiming that Ratajkowski’s “Cardiff” one-piece and “Vulcan” top, copied her namesake label’s “Poppy” and “Leandra” swim styles. Fernandez has called for an immediate cease and desist and filed suit against Inamorata in federal court in New York.
