Rihanna walked the red carpet at the Paris premiere of “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets” in a wild and whimsical two-piece ensemble from the Prada Fall 2017 collection. The pink fringe and feathered skirt and crop-top combo was styled with equally fun pink feather shoes by Charlotte Olympia.
