On April 26 through April 28, Aeropostale hosted a Sustainable Beach House Retreat in Malibu celebrating the Aero x Repreve Eco Friendly Collection with celebrity guest DJ James Kennedy and talent such as Bella Thorne and Delilah Belle.
Activities reflective of sustainability and environmental awareness targeted Gen Z and young millennials all weekend long. Both Bella and Delilah jumped in the booth to help James DJ, and enjoyed activities such as Rumble boxing and trampoline jumping.
Day 2 kicked off with a boxing inspired workout by Rumble Boxing trainer Nicklaus Lundbland, and another live DJ performance by James Kennedy of “Vanderpump Rules.” Following the morning sweat session, guests including Bella Thorne, Delilah Belle, Megan Lee, ZMNY, Jillian Estell, Madison Grace, Ally + Natalie Lynd, Lyndon Smith, Daniella Alfaro, Angelic, Chiara and Bianca D’Ambrosio, Journey Slayton, Mandi Macias, Savannah, Tori Kay and more stopped by to take part in the eco-friendly activation.
Guests enjoyed an afternoon brunch poolside by HOST Catering and Bites and Bashes, along with sponsors My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream, Kalumi, and refreshing drinks by GLOW energy, Kollo, Hint water and cocktails by JaJa Tequila.
Following brunch there was a panel on sustainability, fashion and the environment with keynote speakers Graham Hamilton, the Surfrider Foundation LA Chapter Coordinator, Sofia Lascurain – a Style & Beauty influencer and Mo Hedaya, Senior Marketing Director of Aeropostale.
Guests engaged in denim jacket customization, trampoline jumping, oversized connect four and jenga, and checked out the latest Aeropostale x Repreve collection at the pop up shop beach side while overlooking the ocean. The day wrapped with a pool hang and chill session.
The weekend concluded with a Sunday morning yoga and meditation session with Exhale Spa and another fun filled day on the beach with a special performance by S Curve Records artist Rachel Crow.
