Get The Look For Less: Kate Middleton At BBC’s Tiny Happy People Launch

Kate Middleton recently helped to launch a new BBC initiative called Tiny Happy People this week.

Tiny Happy People is a five-year initiative to support parents and carers in developing the language and communication skills of 0 to 4-year-old children.

As she interacted with families, the Duchess of Cambridge looked playful in a $2,050 black and white pleated polka dot shirt dress by Emilia Wickstead. The royal mom of three completed the polished outfit with $190 Castaner Cariña wedges.
