Fashion label, Karl Lagerfeld has announced its collaboration with model Kaia Gerber. Kaia has created a capsule collection for the brand, consisting of footwear, sunglasses, jewellery and ready-to-wear fashion.
“When Karl first told us his idea to collaborate with Kaia, we were all excited by the incredible potential and power of bringing their two worlds together,” says CEO of Karl Lagerfeld, Pier Paolo Righi. “We have been working intensely over the last months with Kaia in L.A and at our studio in Paris. It was exciting to see her clear vision, passion and engagement, and the collection will definitely inspire many young women.”
Kai Gerber is the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford. At just 16-years-old, she has already modeled for Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Alexander Wang, Coach, Prada, Chanel, Fendi, Moschino, and Versace. She landed her first solo Vogue cover in February 2018 issue of Vogue Paris.
