Best-Dressed At The 70th Cannes Film Festival Opening Ceremony: Elle Fanning, Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski And More

The 70th Cannes Film Festival kicked off on May 17 at Palais des Festivals in the South of France with the glamorous opening ceremony and premiere of “Ismael’s Ghosts.”

The festival runs all the way until May 28 and if these first few fashion moments are any indication, we are in for quite a style treat this month. From Bella Hadid to Elle Fanning, check out the best dressed at the 2017 Cannes opening ceremony below.

Elle Fanning looked like a modern day princess in a custom Vivienne Westwood Couture white satin ballgown which featured the designer’s signature bustier bodice and a hand painted unicorn and floral design along with Elle’s name. Tiffany and Co. jewels and Christian Louboutin heels finished the look.
