The 2019 Critics’ Choice Awards were held on Jan. 13 at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.
Big winners of the night included Lady Gaga, Christian Bale, Glen Close, Mahershala Ali, Elsie Fisher Regina King, Olivia Coleman, Sandra Oh, Rachel Brosnahan, Bill Hader, Darren Criss and more. “The Good Place” actress wore a bold indigo blue Cushine Pre-Fall 2019 silk-crepe and double Georgette sleeveless gown, featuring a sheer organza insert and raw edges. David Webb jewels and Judith Leiber clutch completed the look.
The “Crazy Rich Asians” star sparkled in a Elisabetta Franchi Spring 2019 short sleeve, copper sequin gown, featuring a sheer illusion neckline and a cinched waist. She styled the gown with Stefere earrings and Christian Louboutin clutch.
Awkwafina’s co-star walked the carpet in a Rodarte Spring 2019 pink beaded and sequin dress, pink Roger Vivier clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
The winner of the Best Actress award and the Best Song award went for a soft look courtesy of a strapless Calvin Klein by Appointment gown paired with custom Giuseppe Zanotti laceup boots.
The presenter looked chic in a Giorgio Armani Price Fall 2018 strapless black velvet and white panel gown with a short trail detail in the back. She accessorized with Fred Leighton jewels and a Moynat bag.
“The Hunger Games” actress played in a Khaite Pre Fall 2019 red, over-sized sleeve dress, featuring a v-neck front and back. An Edie Parker clutch and Graziela Gems and Anita Ko jewels completed the look.
The “Shameless” star worked a sultry rich Burgundy Ralph Lauren Fall 2018 velvet halter dress, featuring a plunging neckline and a crisscross strap back. A dark, red matte lip, gold Fred Leighton jewelry and a gold Bulgari clutch finished up the look.
