Best Dressed At The 2017 Venice Film Festival

When film and fashion collide!

The 74 Annual Venice Film Festival opened on Aug. 30 with the premiere of “Downsizing” and wrapped on Sept.9. Other films screened at the festival in Italy included “Mother!,” “Suburbicon,” “First Reformed,” “Lean On Pete” and more.

Of course, with so many red carpets in 10 days, there were some major fashion moments. Check out the best dressed  stars at the 2017 Venice Film Festival below.

Amanda Seyfried

The new mom sizzled at the premiere of “First Reformed” in a sultry Alexander McQueen Spring 2018 black dress which featured a jewelled garden embroidered bra top and lace paneled silk skirt. Chopard jewels, McQueen black horn heel sandals, red lips and a ponytail finished up her look.

At “The Leisure Seeker (Ella & John)” premiere, the 70-year-old rocked a sexy black Boss By Jason Wu gown which showed off her ample assets. Chopard jewels and cool shades accessorized the look.

The model showed off her gorgeous gams at the “Suburbicon” premiere in a gorgeous white three-quarter sleeve Armani Prive feather mini dress with a v-neckline and a black contrasting belt. She styled the piece with a pearl necklace and metallic sandals.

At the “Mother!” premiere, the actress looked ultra glam in a black Giorgio Armani gown which hugged every curve of her body. De Beers jewels once again accompanies her stunning look.

On the arm of hubby George Clooney, the new mom looked like Hollywood royalty at the “Suburbicon” premiere in an Atelier Versace custom-made lilac gown featuring a soft ombré chiffon skirt. She styled the look with Lorraine Schwartz purple sapphire, coral, jade and diamond drop earrings and Aquazzura heels.

At the premiere of “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”  premiere, the Korean model/actress showed off her sexy and edgy style in an Iris van Herpen Spring 2017 Couture gown nude and white see-through embellished organza gown.

At the “Miu Miu Women’s Tales,” the “Blue Crush” star had fun a white feather-sleeve frock from the label styled with black heels and a tight topknot hairdo.

At the “Our Souls At Night,” the stunning 79-year-old wore a dusty blue Marchesa tulle gown featuring all over 3D floral embroidery and feathers,  styled with a Rene Caovilla clutch and Pomellatto jewels.

The model oozed old Hollywood glamour in a custom-made slinky silk pone-shoudler pink gown by Twinset. She accessorized with black studded Salvatore Ferragamo sandals and Pasquale Bruni jewels.

Penelope Cruz
The “Spanish” actress attended the premiere of “Loving Pablo” in a stunning white floral beaded, feather Versace gown featured a v-neckline and a thigh-high split.  She finished up the look with silver sandals and Chopard jewelry.

The actress showed up to the premiere of her new film ‘Mother!’in a Christian Dior Couture black point d’esprit over pink tulle ball gown with a whimsical silk wild rose embroidery. She competed the enchanting look with Tiffany & Co. jewels.
