Bella Hadid stepped out for the Bulgari Flagship Store Opening celebration “From Rome to NYC” in New York City looking sensational. The 21-year-old model rocked a sexy Roberto Cavalli white long sleeve floor length dress with a contrasting sheer sequin beaded sleeve, a cutout back and a thigh-high split. Of course, she accessorized in sparkly Bulgar jewels. Totally the best dressed of the week!
But sadly, Camila Cabello just looked down right bizarre at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards in London. The former Fifth Harmony member showed up in a Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini Fall 2017 look which featured a sheer white long sleeve ruffle lace top with a high neck and contrasting black neck tie and white leather pants. Her strange outfit was accessorized with a white and black captain hat and white leather boots. Sorry, worsted dressed of the week.
