Best: Celine Dion

The legendary diva ruled the red carpet in a dramatic white Stephane Rolland Spring 2017l ong-sleeve floor length crepe gown with oversized satin shoulders, a plunging neckline and a embellished bodice.

Best: Lea Michele

The “Glee” alum’s David Koma number was hardly a basicLBD. The cool crepe and mesh panel dress featured triple spaghetti straps and black briefs underneath styled with Cesare Paciotti shoes and a twisted top knot hairdo.

Also in David Koma, the actress turned singer sleeveless black crepe and beaded sequin sheer midi-dress with a black bra and briefs underneath. She accessorized with Jacob & Co. jewels and Casadei boots.

Although she didn’t walk the red carpet, the “Malibu” singer changed ina white ruffled tulle Alessandra Rich Fall 2017 look collection following her performance.

Best: Rachel Platten
The singer wore a fun colorful Barbara Bui Spring 2017 beaded one-shoulder mini dress styled with a cobalt blue clutch and black pumps.

Worst: Halsey

Not only is her Sergio Hudson latex bra horribly unflattering, but her Junn.J Fall 2017 belted asymmetrical khaki skirt looked totally messy. And while we like her Monica Chang lace-up sandals, they don’t make any sense with this outfit.

Worst: Noah Cyrus
The “Cry” singer didn’t necessarily look bad, but her sporty all black John Galliano Spring 2017 looked, which included a mesh layered crop top and mesh layered cuff pants, were just way to boring for such a big award show.

Worst: Rita Ora
While the presenter’s Francesco Scognamiglio Spring 2017 dress is Couture, we think that the white puffy sleeves, embellishments, see-through mesh skirt and black thong was just down right tacky.
